Common questions
Do I need a separate account-link kiosk?
No. The existing GameHub Controller and Pay Terminal can link accounts using a short-lived code from your dashboard.
Can GridOS site credit be withdrawn?
No. Site credit is used for compatible FlaroCity products, passes, add-ons, licenses, and services.
Where should a new owner start?
Sign in, link your avatar, then open the customer portal or onboarding flow for the destination.
What should I include in a request?
Include the destination name, device role, object name, visible error, and approximate time the issue occurred.
